River Usk - Wales

Could you tell me a bit about the standing rules on it, i.e. what is the regime, is it C&R, is it FF only??

There are lots of sections of the River Usk and they are all mostly privately owned. Each section will have different rules. I fish by paying for day tickets on different sections each time I go.

Most of the trout fishing on river will be fly fishing, all sections will have a limit on the number of fish that can be killed in a day (typically 2 - 4 brown trout), but many anglers practice voluntary catch and release.

this river looks like river from famous Oliver Edward's "Essential Skills" movies... Especially on second picture... Am I wrong?

No I do not think it is the same river - Oliver Edwards is fishing one of the rivers in Yorkshire.
